When a residential property listed by Vidal & Co. successfully closes, our team donates $300 to support our rescue partners.

The Buyer Journey
The process is simple, but responsible adoption and the wellbeing of the animal always come first.
Complete an eligible home purchase with our team and review the current written program terms with your Vidal & Co. representative.
Submit an application directly to a participating rescue. The rescue independently assesses suitability, readiness, and the potential match.
If an adoption is approved, Vidal & Co. pays the eligible fee directly to the rescue. If adoption does not proceed, the program may still create a rescue donation according to the current terms.

Adoption is never an obligation, a guaranteed benefit, or a condition of working with Vidal & Co.
Every rescue follows its own application, matching, home-check, and approval process. The animal's wellbeing, the adopter's readiness, and the potential for a safe lifelong match always come first.
